“Come and have a go at Middleton Park's very first GO TRI Duathlon! This event is part of the TRI SOMETHING NEW programme launched by Leeds City Council and British Triathlon which is supported by Sport England. Middleton Park invites you to take part in Duathlon, through its woodlands. The race will start with a 2.5km run, followed by a 4km cycle ride into the woods of Middleton Park with a 100metre sprint finish on foot! After the GO TRI event, hang around to take part in the other festivities! The day promises to be jam packed with action with other sports taking part on the day including tennis, rounders, handball and many more running until 4pm! Please remember to bring running trainers, Bike and a helmet for the event. Mountain bikes or hybrid bikes are advised.To take part in this event no previous experience is required, all levels of ability are welcome. Event Registration will be open from 11am – 11:30am.
