Overview
A mini Triathlon comprising of a 10 length pool swim (250 Meters), 10.5Km Cycle (6.5 miles) and 1.6Km (1 Mile Run). The cycle ride is an undulating course, with mainly left turns. The run is a traffic free run through the local park, fairly flat and a mix of running on grass and paths. Ideal for those who want to try a multi disciplined sport
