The event is open to everyone, especially those who like to swim and bike, but prefer not to run, whether this be through choice or injury. Choose from two distances: Short course The format for the short course is a 750m swim, comprising of 1 lap, followed by a 1 lap, 23 mile cycle on public roads. This is a perfect distance for those of you who are new to multisport events. Long course The format for the long course is a 1500m swim, comprising of 2 laps, followed by a 2 lap, 46 mile cycle on public roads.
