GO TRI has teamed up with Arragons Cumbrian Tri Club to provide you with this ideal event which is part of a day for everyone. The swim takes place in the heated outdoor pool, heading out for an undulating bike on the local country roads and finally running on a mixture of paths and grass, finishing back at the pool.
Event briefing will take place at the pool. You're more than welcome to leave equipment there and grab a shower there afterwards.
