Overview
Suitable for both novice and experienced athletes alike Starting at Hucknall Leisure centre with a 400m pool swim, time trial style start (one swimmer put in each lane then set off together, 4mins later another swimmer in each lane etc. etc.etc.) After the swim it straight outside to the transition area, the bike section leaves the leisure centre for a 20km route around the town on gently undulating roads. Back to the leisure centre for transition 2 and then the 5km run loop mainly on paths and trails finishing back at the Leisure centre.
