A short sharp 5km run followed by a challenging undulating 25.5km cycle and finish with another 5km run - ideal for beginners, accomplished or new to multi-sport - marshals nearly match the number of competitors! A real party atmosphere, excellent goody bag / medal / t-shirt. This event replaces the MBH Penzance Triathlon.
