AQUATHLON Inter Regional
This is an open water lake swim and off road run event in a beautiful award winning Kent Country Park.
This Junior Aquathlon event has been set up to be suitable for inexperienced through to inter regional level competitors. South East Region and London Region are using the event as their selection event for inter-regional competition selection and they will race in one wave. Those not competing for the inter-regional selection will race in a separate wave. It will be an inspiring event which is fun for all levels to partake in. As the swim is in open water we strongly advise that participants have swam in open water prior to the event.
We are offering a coached run and swim practice before the event. Please indicate your interest in the registration process.
About the Course
The swim is in Leybourne's large Ocean Lake entry from a jetty into shallow water. The run course is a mixture grass and gravel.
