Overview
Round 1 of the Epic Triathlon series for 2021 is the Ulverston Duathlon. It's a 6k run, a 28k out and back road cycle and a 2.3k run. It's ideal for novices through to elite competitors, so come and enjoy an EPIC day on the South Lakeland coast.
