This is our final race of the Winter Duathlon series as we say a big, warm "HELLO" to Spring in scenic South Lakeland.
We have two race distances on offer.- Short (3km,17km,3km) and Long (5km, 29km, 5km).
We are a small friendly local club. All comers welcome
