Female Only Novice Open Water Swimming Session 

Nervous about your first open water swim? 

Join us for a female only introductory session for first-time and novice open water swimmers to celebrate Women in Sport Week. 
 
Lakeside at Eastleigh is a fantastic swimming lake with brand new facilities with hot showers! It is very spectator friendly and set within a beautiful country park. The swimming loop is 300m , which is perfect for Novices. 

The session will begin with a classroom introduction and end with some well deserved refreshments and will be lead by two experienced British Triathlon coaches.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
 
- a wet suit (you can hire a wetsuit if you do not have one - email steve@howl-multisport.co.uk) 
- a bright coloured swim hat
- goggles 
- water bottle
- a towel
