Well done to the T2/3 squad that braved the wet and windy conditions to represent the London region at Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham, host to this year's Inter Regional Championships (IRCs).

London Region Chair, Tom Chant, said: "A massive thank you to all 16 of our junior athletes that made up the IRC squad. I know you all trained and raced very hard throughout the year to take part in this year's competition. Representing London at this national event means you are amongst the very best junior athletes in the UK. The Region's thanks must also go out to all those that supported the team - coaches, admin staff and parents that make this happen. A great team effort and something for us all to be very proud of."
