The poor weather did not dampen the competition or enthusiasm. A closely fought men’s team competition went right down to the wire. Ful-on TC topped the scoring tables in the men’s, women’s and team events with some high scoring. It was too close to call at times with Serpentine RC teams finishing second in all three team events. Again Clapham Chasers showed strength in depth and were third in all the team events. Other teams packed finishers in and there were some admirable performances all round with some tired bodies at the finish. Congratulations to everyone and especially Ful-on TC for organising a brilliant and well enjoyed event.”
