An email has gone out to all London club Chairs and race organisers from Triathlon London Chair inviting club input in to the 2015 London triathlon race series.
Dear Club Chair/Race Organiser
I would like to invite you to Triathlon London's second Club Chair and Race Organiser Conference.
The objective is to provide an open platform for Club's and Race Organisers to feed into the activities of the committee and give us direct feedback on the London race series.
Date: Tuesday, 25 November
Time: 7-9pm
Venue: Institute of Sport Exercise & Health, 170 Tottenham Court Rd, London, W1T 7HA.
The draft agenda is below. The majority of the meeting will be devoted to discussing the race series.
- Coaching courses (when, where, types, etc.)
- Technical/Referee coverage/courses
- Capacity building for clubs: Health Safety/StarMark/CRB checks
- Senior and Junior race series
- Junior Club sections
- ParaTri
- How Triathlon London communicates to Clubs and vice versa
- Triathlon England (TE) programs: e.g. GoTri
- TE Awards and awards evening
Plus anything you would like to raise.
