The first Team Duathlon Relay takes place at the VeloPark on 18th October and on 3rd October the London Aquatics Centre is hosting a GO TRI Aquathlon.
TEAM DUATHLON RELAYS
In an exciting addition to the extensive duathlon programme at the Velopark, Greenwich Tritons are hosting a Team Duathlon Relay on 18th October.
Each Relay team will be made of 4 team members. Each team member completing a 2 mile run, 6 mile cycle and 1 mile run before handing over to the next team member. There will be podium medals for top 3 teams in each category, mixed, male and female. Entry cost £32 per team.

GO TRI LONDON AQUATICS CENTRE AQUATHLON
If you're new to triathlon and aquathlon in particular you may be interested in the GO TRI London Aquatics Centre Aquathlon on 3rd October.
Capital Tri and Triathlon England have teamed up to put on this GO TRI event. There are two distances to choose from the BLAST: 100m swim and 1km run and the DOUBLE BLAST: 200m swim and 2 km run. The event starts with a swim in the competition pool used for the 2012 Olympic games and then you run through the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. All for £5.
Since the Lee Valley VeloPark opened on 31st March 2014, Triathlon England has been working with Triathlon clubs to put on a programme of high quality, low cost duathlons to suit all levels of ability. So far there have been 30 duathlons events on Sunday mornings and 31 GO TRI Duathlons on Monday evenings. More events planned for the rest of 2015 and beyond.
