The third in the Thames Turbo TC, Sprint Triathlon series took place on Bank Holiday Monday 27th.

It's one of those "facts of tri-life" that if it's a Bank Holiday Monday then there's a Thames Turbo Sprint Triathlon taking place.

Monday 27th May was the third in the 2013 series and over 300 triathletes took to the start line. The race is based at Hampton Open Air pool in South west London. As usual the race saw the usual mix of beginers and seasoned and speedy age groupers.

The race was won by Jamie Hinton, with London Triathlon Academy athlete Luke Penny taking second, with club mate Anthony Hayes taking 3rd. The tope three female were Thame sTurbo Chair Liz Linches in first, Fiona Love in second and in third Charlotte Saunders.
