The event takes place at 9.00am on Saturday 20th July at Queenswood School in Brookmans Park which is between Potters Bar and Hatfield in Hertfordshire.

The event is open to both juniors and seniors, the juniors have a choice of a 100m or 200m swim followed by a 2K run, seniors have a 400m swim followed by a 4.7K run. The swim will be in the school 25m pool and the run will be around the extensive playing fields of Queenswood School.

Entry is only £12.00 for seniors and £6.00 for juniors, plus £4.00 and £2.00 respectively if you are not a member of British Triathlon to cover the cost of the day licence.
