The South Central region will be holding a Swim Smooth teaching beginners freestyle course at Wellington College in Crowthorne . This course was due to take place on the 15th March but due to unforeseen circumstances with Swim Smooth has to be rescheduled. A date will be confirmed by the end of February.
This course is available for any level (1, 2 or 3) triathlon coaches in teaching methods of the freestyle stroke for complete beginners and is delivered by Swim Smooth coaches. It costs just £55 for a morning or afternoon session. The course is classroom based and coaches must have a good understanding of freestyle swimming and experience of coaching swimmers who can already swim freestyle.
