Want to give Triathlon a go but don't know where to start - this Novice Training Day will be perfect for you! 

The training day is aimed primarily at age 50+ first timers who have no triathlon experience or have just entered or intend to enter their first event. 

The day will be led by British Triathlon qualified coaches who will ensure your safety and fun during the whole day. 

The day is designed so you will experience swim, bike and run activities, plus the all important transition skills. By the end of the day you will have the skills and knowledge to participate in your chosen event. 

Held at Highfield School in Liphook this Novice Day is a great way to start the New Year and give triathlon a go!
