If you have ever fancied giving triathlon a go, here is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills at a Novice Triathlon training day held at Hilsea Lido , Hilsea, Portsmouth for just £10 Saturday 17th September 2016

The training day is aimed primarily at first timers who have just entered or intend to enter their first GO TRI orGO TRI + Event howevery it is open to anyone who wants to learn more about triathlon who resides in or near to Portsmouth.

The session will be led by British Triathlon qualified coaches.

The session is designed to cover swim, bike and run activities, so by the end of the session you will have the skills and knowledge to participate in GO TRI.
