The South Central region are looking for a number of volunteers to help some open water coaches with their Continuous Professional Development. We are looking for swimmers who can be available from 1:30pm - 4pm on 17th July this year at Lakeside Country Park in Eastleigh , Hampshire.

If you have open water swimming experience (can swim a minimum of 400m in open water) then this could be a great opportunity for you to get a coached session. (Please be aware that these are coaches taking on CPD so you would be asked to give feedback and remember that the coaches are learning too!)
