Parc Bryn Bach Elite Super Sprint Triathlon *NEW DATE*

The Elite Super Sprint Triathlon at Parc Bryn Bach has been postponed until Saturday 17th August 2013

Due to circumstances out of Welsh Triathlon control the Super Sprint event at Parc Bryn Bach on 30th June 2013 has had to be postponed until 17th August 2013. Welsh Triathlon would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused the athletes, but look forward to seeing you on 17th August.
 
For athletes that would like to compete in the rescheduled Super Sprint event on 17th August 2013, please contact admin@welshtriathlon.org.
 
The event is for all elite level senior and junior athletes that want a short sharp blast amongst fast company and for those seeking Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games selection, who need to demonstrate their ability over super sprint distance. 
 
The Super Sprint will consist of a 1 lap 250m swim in the lake, a 2 lap draft legal, hilly and technical 8km cycle in the grounds of the Parc, finishing with a single 1 lap, 2km run around the lake..
 
Beverley Lewis, General Manager of Welsh Triathlon, says ‘This event at Parc Bryn Bach will be a fast and exciting sprint race to show case the elite talent in Wales’  
 
If you would like to be considered for entry please contact admin@welshtriathlon.org sending your race CV and details. The event will be free to enter. Priority will go to athletes that have expressed an interest to compete for Wales at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
 
The closing date for entries will be Friday 2nd August 2013
