Round Three - The TriExercise Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon takes place in Broad Haven on Saturday 7th July.

The TriExercise Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon takes place in Broad Haven on Saturday 7th July.  It is the Welsh Standard Distance Triathlon Championships and part of the Welsh Grand Prix.  Following four events there during 1994-1997, the race returned in 2009 and has established itself as a must-do race on the Welsh triathlon calendar.  A 1,500m sea swim in the shallow waters at Broad Haven is followed by a 43k undulating bike, and finishes with a scenic 10.6k run, 3k of which is on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.  Further details and on-line entry can be found at http://www.pembrokeshire-tri.org.uk/pct.htm.
